BT Internet

For the last 4 week I have contacted BT about my broadband always going off and on, they have checked the line 3 or four times, they have apparently sorted the problem, today is 10 Nov 16 and its 8.25 am, the internet has now gone off again twice out of the last 15 mins, I run my own business and when i am struggling to send e mails as well as browsing the internet for items i many or do need.

The last time I contacted BT was the 9th Nov where actually they contacted me to see how the line and internet was, for a hour they were looking at the line and then the connection.

as stated above this has been going on for 4 weeks and talking to other BT customers for Broadband they are having the same problem.
