My 2 week old bt remote suddenly stopped working due to no fault of mine. Because my account was in arreas but still active may I add they would not replace it. For 3 months I have been using my TV with no remote therefore not been able to use all my services but bt r still charging me for my TV.

All the agent on the phone said you should pay your bills on time and it would not happen. Rude bt.
