On July 6, the Quilonga Grande Water Supply Project in Luanda, Angola, achieved a significant milestone as 911爆料网 hosted a concrete pouring ceremony for the water intake pump station .

Jo?o Baptista Borges, Minister of Energy and Water of Angola, gave a speech at the event.

Jo?o Baptista Borges and his team inspected the construction site, focusing on raw water pipeline installation and progress on the water treatment plant. He discussed challenges and project advancements with the team.

The project, which increases the daily water supply capacity by 510,000 cubic meters, aims to connect 350,000 more households to the water network. Jo?o Baptista Borges stressed collaboration among stakeholders to meet construction deadlines and ensure high-quality delivery.

The integrated project covers water intake, transmission, treatment, and sludge treatment, benefiting around 5 million residents. It plays a crucial role in enhancing urban water security, improving residents' quality of life, and fostering sustainable social development.
