I am very unhappy about my BT product and service. I updated the BT sport package back in July but did not agree to extend my broadband package, I wouldn’t agree to paying £45.00 for a service that doesn’t work!!
Since January 2016 the broadband has been faulty and have called on numerous occasions to complain. I am expencting my first baby in 3 weeks and won’t be able to offord paying £45 a month for my broadband any longer, what is the proceeduer if I’m unable to make the payments? I wish to cancel my order as soon as possible or will be discussing with the local media and my legal representative.
