1. Channels I should be able to watch are coming up with a message saying I am not subscribed to the channel.
2. while chatting to various BT call handlers it appeared that a, a subscription error was stopping me view certain channels, this has now been put right. ” Errrrrr NO IT HASENT”
3. Spurious fault on channel subscription, means I can not watch channels I am being charged for.
4. BT call handlers would clearly rather win a argument than help a customer resolve an issue.
Importantly unclear information on what your account maintains during subscription changes.
In the end I have become totally fed up with speaking to them.
