What is the SLA within BT to answer a call ?
What is the minimum download speed for fibre broadband?
If you as a company are unable to meet your minimum obligation to your customers then YOU have failed… BT has provided me more stress than service… let me make this very clear – I want out of your contract, you are totally inept at providing anything to anyone and I’m sure YOU have invalid your contract to me by not providing a minimum service…. Tonight I am receiving less than two megs of data which is less than Sky, less than non fibre and this has been going on since the service started (on & off)…..
