Removal of cable from telegraph pole to house, without permission from the house owner

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is my FIFTH communication so far to your company concerning the issues relating to the complaints numbers and only received the reply below, as you can see the 5 days have passed and the matter has still not been resolved. My client Mrs Wood has been in contact with your company but also still has not received a reply. I have included copies of my communication and your last reply below.

I feel that we have given your company ample time to sort out a problem that your engineers caused and as stated previously we have taken legal advice and it is a clear case of criminal damage and as such we have the right for the damage to be corrected, but so far your company is not willing to discuss the matter.

Please accept this letter as confirmation that if this matter is not discussed to a conclusion or rectified by the end of business on the 25/10/2016 (3 working days) I will be taking the matter further on behalf of my client.
