Receipt for payment

Submitted by Martin in October 2016.

I realised I had an outstanding bill and paid it as soon I
found out I was told I would have. Confirmation of that payment emailed within 48 hours, I never received one, when I rang back I was told you don’t send e mails and they hung up on me!

I need to have confirmation of payment for legal reasons and I expect this to be rectified asap.
