Fergal Gorby of BT Chairman’s Office agreed to delete 2 months charges in recompense for the awful broadband we received in the 1st 8 months of this year.

Our account shows we only received 1 month’s credit – all other charges taken by direct debit.

On raising this matter online the BT representative cut the call after taking full details and I have received no call back.
