New customer – JOKE!

I have just (tried) to join BT from SKY as SKY were becoming too expensive overall. My experience so far with BT has been unbelievably bad.

They messed up the delivery of Infinity and TV equipment (sent 2 x infinity boxes and no TV box). When the engineer arrived on 20th Oct he didn’t even know about the TV installation – I have written confirmation of my order with BT. I have spent HOURS on the so-called cutomer help chat line and have been passed from pillar to post between different people and departmentsand still no solution.

BT say I am being billed for TV service from 20th Oct that they say is active since then – NO EQUIPMENT hello!!
They have now decided to deliver my TV equipment 2 days after my SKY serive ends but the best part is they now say they cab’t come until 2nd Nov to install / connect it. 6 days without any TV and 5 kids in the house – plus no football for me. I have still not even received written confirmation they will come to connect it. I don’t hold out any hope. I am on the verge of accepting SKY’s offer to stay with them (discount for a year). Anyone else had these problems, I can’t be the only one!!
