We originally ordered two mobile phones, BT had to cancel the 2nd order as the colour was not in stock, Black, they then said that we had ordered 3 phones, NO Wrong, we had only ordered another one in silver, but after getting on to a senior member of staff, it was then ordered in Gold, next day delivery, but this is where the problem BT has now decided that the phoneis not coming today 4th November had a phone message lastnight to say it would be here today? but it transpires it will becoming on monday Now, we are now goinga way tomorrow we need this today?
If it is not sorted out today then our service that we have with you will be cancelled on the 1st December 2016.
The fibre broadband will be cancelled with you.
The parcel can be redirecxted to another address surely.
I feel like cancelling my phone with them and stay where I am with my present provider.
Why oh Why do they say they do not do a next day delivery when clearly I received mine on the 3rd November?? after ordering on the 2nd.
Mr BT we clearly want answers to this question of just why it is he second phone ordered wll not be with us until Monday now??
We have been with you for over 50 years now and you treat your loyal customers like this.
So surelythis can be redirected to *** but we will be back on the on the 15/16th we want this now today. And cannot afford to to cancel this order and re-order when we get back we have had enough of this hassle of trying to get this order out today.
