Issue with broadband

On going intermittent problem with my broadband for 3 weeks. Rang again last night, after an hour in the phone was told he had to go now because his shift was over.

Would have a call back day. Just had that call, lady said “do you currently have a problem, I said it’s fine at the moment.

She said ok thank you and hung up. Absolutely awesome customer service.
