We had internet /Bt tv and phone installed early May, we noticed that the phone line was awful with a very crackley line. We tried to call to complain but after sitting in a Queue on the phone for over hour and fifteen minuits we then got cut off.
Every time we try to call to complaine it’s the same waiting endless and with the horrible crackle on the line it drives you mad. Then we get on to the Internet. Well this is a joke!,, it keeps dropping out every night with out fail you can not get discovery channels ect you have to keep turning of the router then turn back on after 10 mins it is a real joke. Please can we get an engineer to come out and sort this out we are paying for a product that is not performing.
We see the adverts on normal to saying.its the fastest broadband out and try the best well we had sky previously and this was by far a more superior broadband ect. Very very disappointed. Please help
