My internet has not been activated a full week after installation. I have been fobbed off by their atrocious offshore call centre more times than I can remember. They said it was a problem with a supplier and the exchange which would be fixed by a certain date (twice). Surprise surprise, nothing had changed. BT open reach called me after the installation to say thru had probably given us a faulty hub so wet may need a new one. BT are claiming there is nothing wrong with it, but it seems like too much of a coincidence to me.
Horrendous company. I would cancel if I could actually get through to them.
