Engineer no show

I had an engineer booked to come to my house on Saturday 19/11/2016 between 13/00 and 18/00 as I am having problems with my home broadband ,the engineer did not turn up and did not phone to tell me he was not going to, I then had to txt 61998 and was told that you had limited resources, are your resources that bad that you cannot contact someone to let them know that an engineer is not going to turn up,this is very bad customer service from bt and I will not be renewing my broadband contract when it expires
