Disconnection

My internet connection is terrible and I refuse after numerous complaints to pay for a service which can’t be provided.

  1. I was charged 31 pounds when asked to be disconnected at the end of my contract . Absolutely shocking to be charged for that and should be questioned by ofcom amongst other charges
