Delay in connecting my broadband

I was supposed to have had my broadband connected  on the 12th October 2016. It is now the 19th and  BT are saying the same thing. Every time I call them they say we expect to have your broadband up and running by the 13th and then the 15 th and then the 17 th. Then again on the 19th. And today when I called them they said the 21st.
I am tired if this bad service and don’t believe they are worthy of my business. I will contact virgin and see if they can offer me what I want and go with them. If not I will contact Sky and see if I can have my line with them also.
