Sanjay was very root to me.
I have spoken to him at 20:20 about my bills and how much monthly should I pay.
He was telling me full price and urged a lot
He bank the phoned and latter he call back and said the phone been disconnected!
The reason I rang because I have been change for the weekend and international call which I shouldn’t
I am a new customer to BT and I have been with sky more than 10 years and never experienced some like that. I hope i will be back to sky.
