BT Wireless Broadband Complaint

This BT customer services complaint is regarding wireless services not working. This will be put into report, along with all complaints on this website and sent for investigation.

Dear Sir,

After signing up to bt`s wireless broadband and phone service, I asked for an engineer to come to my home and set it up (AT A COST OF£50)

I NEVER got the visit from an engineer but had a phone call from them to talk me through the set up procedure. I can only get the internet on my laptop if the ethernet cable is plugged into the modem and the laptop (WHICH MAKES THE WIRELESS LAPTOP USELESS)

I have contacted BT on many occasions but get fobbed off. I have now been told to pay up or be disconnected and if I want an engineer to come out it will cost me a further £80. I think its totally unfair to be paying for a service I don`t receive or a service that’s incomplete.

I urge all potential customers to go to virgin or sky and steer clear of BT. Until my problems are resolved my views will not changed. I`m disgusted by this useless company
