BT TV issue

After 7 calls to correct a mistake made by you, concerning my cancellation  of bt,  which should take place on the 27th Oct,  you for what ever reason decided that you would stop everything on the 3rd. I have spoke since, and managed to  get you to finish my service on the 27th.

I have just been on but vision to find that the service is not on. Could you make sure that i am not charged from the 3rd to the 27th please. As I am not paying for a service that you have cancelled before you should have.

I think the way you have handled my account has been disgusting, with  a complete lack of care and professionalism .
