Ofcom: BT most complained about UK pay TV provider in Q2

BT received the highest number of complaints among the UK’s pay TV operators in the second quarter of this year, according to Ofcom stats. The UK broadcast regulator said that the main driver of BT’s complaints related to faults, service and provision issues.

Virgin and TalkTalk also generated complaint volumes that were “above the industry average” while SKY generated the lowest volume of complaints, according to the report.

Got an item on my most recent bill called premium rate @ £3.60 a rip off minute.Your man in Dublin says it is nothing to do with BT call a company called PSA they deal with overpriced calls etc. Got no joy with them I was sent round the houses, press 1, press 2 carryon. can you tell me why BT are taking money on behalf of a rip off organisation. The number I was diverted to was 09037 080400 no explanation up front that it was a premium call whatever that is ??

  3. I am trying to stop my paper bill which I receive each month I have contacted you with no avail they said I have to have a BT ID which I have been trying to obtain each time it says my telephone number is wrong. I have wasted a lot of time on this I cant see why you just cannot cancel this.
