  • I’m glad the truth about BT is gradually coming out – I am one of the many who have been the victim of BT’s truly astonishing incompetence. Every aspect of dealing with them over the last year, from initial order to sorting out their incessant blunders, has been truly, incredibly awful. Browsing the web indicates this is a far from unusual experience – I just can’t understand why it’s not getting wider publicity in the press and why the regulator appears not to be regulating. Perhaps that’s about to change. Good luck to all the other BT victims out there – remember, you’re not alone.
