BT customer service

Been with BT for 8 months my TV has never worked since i got the package they says they would send an engineer out at my cost although why should i have to pay for this.

Also my broadband is terrible it is so slow the worst I’ve ever had i phoned and spoke to customer service and basically told i was a liar asked if i could cancel my contract and they told me i would have to pay 200 odd pounds for cancelling early and they hung the phone up on me when i asked to be put through to complaint worst people i have ever dealt with.
