Bt broadband

You have not been helpful at all have had problems for over 6 months and you owe me money. And you also keep saying you’ll call back but you call then I pick up no ones there so I put down the phone and I then receive a call saying we have tried calling you but you were unable to answer, all you do is say the same thing over and over again. If this does not get sorted out I will take this further.
