First engineer came to install phone and broadband on 24/10/2016.
Engineer left the house without running broadband because his doctor appointment is 17:00on that day. I call on 24/10/2016 BT people say it could activate on midnight tonight .I call on 25/10/2016 then promise me they another engineer on 27/10/2016 to fix the all problem and Bt promise me engineer then left your property when everything is running. Engineer came on 27/10/21016 and within half an hour he left without fixing the problem.
I call again on 27 Oct then BT promise me they send engineer again on Monday 31 OCT.
But again no engineer turn up .I call 31 Oct at 16:30pm to Bt where is engineer and they said engineer must come before 18:00 hours .But not turn up.
I call again after18:00 hour and they again gave me another date .
I lost my work project .My children lost their homework but Bt does not worried.
Know I am thinking I cancel the BT contract.That the way BT handle new customers.
