Broadband fault

After 3 weeks of an intermittent fault with BT I stayed in all day as was told an engineer was coming to fix it. The engineer never arrived. I phoned BT to chase it up and was told no engineer was booked and no fault is logged -despite one clearly showing on my login page with BT. I have now lost the will and I’m giving up with BT. So frustrated!!
