After seeing my sons mobile phone bill which for a whole year has been £5 this month it is £25.99. I realised there is some thing wrong with the broadband which was confirmed today by BT.
I want to complain regards this bill as it does say your connected to broadband but obviously isn’t. I dread to think the cost of my phone bill but I will email to confirm what this is. I want my money reimbursed. I will be phoning my mobile provider also to check my bill to date.
It does help if you get people that speak English then when I said I wanted to complain she hung up!!!!!!!!
