I have been try to install broadband and Cable TV at current place since OCT 14th. First order that I placed over the phone discussing 45 min and after somehow order was cancelled. I found this by web chatting since date that I supposed go live, it didn’t activated. Via chatting with representative, I then decide to start ONLY broadband first and my earliest date was 7/11.

Then I try to activated, it failed. Call BT support and said that order was not through yet????? Then I called back in this morning. Rep told me that it will activate by midnight. Then I tried again and still not working. I then again called in support and was explained that Techinical failure but will activate tomorrow ?

Taking toooooooo long to just installing broadband which previou person lived here before I take over had BT broadband. This place is rent by company.
It is simply rediculous taking so long time to just activate broadband. I wish I chose to discontinue the contract if I knew this was going to take so long time to install. Not happy at all for your service. By the way, in the middle of the story, I missed that you had cancelled the order once since you didn’t have copper line???? It’s ok for me to using slower broadband but this has pushed my installation date because YOU didn’t have a copper ?????

Total of 2 cancellation and taking full month to install……
