The broadband at home cuts out, often at about 6:00 pm, but also during the day, the light on the hub turns red so I guess it is not working, The line comes straight into the hub.
Customer services say it is quiet ok for this to happen up to 5 times per day
I pay for broadband 24/7 not 23/7.
Also to down load a 1 hr programme takes 6 hours, this is with fibre why?
