Overcharges every month

Hello,

I have rang BT and spoke to several departments over the last 4 months but every time they try to help reduce my bill by amending how i have my phone setup – the bill each month actually increases. They simply don’t CARE.

They are a shambles of a company and the engineers are totally un-accountable for their actions.
