For the last three weeks our internet keeps repeatedly going down, often for very long periods of time. As a self-employed contractor in the IT business, I work at home. I moved from my previous supplier, which was very reliable because of costs, , but your service is not cheaper and is definitely inferior!
I either want a refund of my monthly bill or to be released from your contract as you are failing to provide the service I need. I am losing £500 a day when my internet is down!!!!!
