Appalling service

I had distressing experience over trying to find the provider of a premium rate number. BT refused to help.

Eventually, ******@bt.com apologised and I was given a goodwill gesture of£4.94.

Last week I had a family emergency in France but BT had barred my international calls. Open reach tested my phone line…no problem. The engineer contacted their technical department and they found my calls were barred. BT still says they are not barred despite me still being unable to contact France. I have since had to use my mobile phone at great expense.

I have rung BT every day and spoken to numerous operators including a number of managers.

I have to date been met with indifference and rudeness to the point of contempt I continue to have to use my mobile I emailed Mr Caterall on the10 th Nov and 14th Nov and have been ignored.

I have canceled my international calls .This takes 48 hours.

I have now requested to have the calls be reinstated. This will take a futher 48 hours and I still don’t know if this will work, one week after reporting the original problem Words now fail me to describe BT.
