This is now the second email I am sending about my bt account which still has not been sorted. I have spoke to 8 different people ringing the 1st time two weeks ago, two of them have put the phone down in me, I still have no bt sports which I’ve gone with out for two weeks, I am appalled and disgusted about your customer service, shocking!!!!
My phone bill has gone up 30 pounds for keep ringing your 08 number, I will not be paying my bill and expect some kind of compensation back! If some one does not ring me soon I am cancelling bt altogether.
