Over the past 3 months I have been putting up with loss of broadband and noisy crackling phone calls, I have had 4 separate engineers called to address the problems, but not one of them has succeeded in repairing the faults.
I live on a farm in Aberdeenshire many friends have suggested “thats what you get for living in the country, move to the city”, why should I not get the same service as them, I’m on standard broadband.
I’m fed up telling the BT call centres that my internal equipment is all good, and when they tell me they are running checks ARRGGHHHH!!!!
