Ended BT Service and they still asking for payments

I cancelled my BT service in July this year 2016 and again in August, I have a confirmation Email about my service ending and then a month later had someone from BT ( Manilla call centre ) saying I owed them £60, I said I do not have a BT account and that someone should call me regarding this,she said that I should call a number to discuss, I said I would not waste anymore money on calling anyone regarding a service I no longer have,if someone wants to contact me at my new address and contact number ( which I freely submitted ) then they can, I then received a letter from BT ( Libby Barr ) ( A FINAL DEMAND ) for £128.11 and saying they were restricting my service, a service which I no longer have anyway, I have tried several phone numbers to speak with someone but to no avail, I would appreciate any help or advice with regard to this idiotic situation, and would dearly love to speak to someone that can speak fluent English at BT!
