Customer service hung up

I was having trouble setting up my BT smart hub so I called up to find out the problem. The woman I spoke to didn’t seem to have a clue what the problem was and also hung up on me. I rang again and found out the problem so that’s ok, I just want to complain about the hang up as it’s awfully rude. I believe the call was at 11.36 and the number was 08000223322.
