Complaint about missing payment

Good morning,

I need to put in a complaint about missing payment stated further below as I a worn out by the constant reminders and threat to take this further from BT, for payment that has already been made on 8th March 2016.  BT even has the audacity to threaten further action!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been asked to provide payment details which have been provided.  All details where on remit at the time of payment including accounts and still this was not allocated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
