Broadband Installation

I have been waiting to have my broadband installed for 6-8 weeks and I am still waiting.

I keep getting promises that are never fulfilled.

Two engineers attended 20th & 21st October and I am still without broadband. Your helpline is not very helpful, no body can ever help me and they frequently hang up on me. If BT do not want my custom then I’m happy to go elsewhere. You’ve also taken a DD from me iof £7.99 despite me being provided no services from you.

Please can someone help me and tell me when I will have broadband?
