Dear BT Complaints, I have been trying for weeks to get rid of 1571 and there seems to be no way I can find anyone at BT to deal with it.
I have new telephones and a personalized message and 1571 seems to override my message – it is absolutely infuriating!!! Why will BT not respond to my request? And why is so difficult?
I get the feeling I am not the only person thoroughly fed up with BT.
