BT Complaint: I asked BT for the code I need so I can change ISP’s from BT to Tiscali. First they told me that it would cost £270 to leave BT before the end of my contract.
I asked for the code anyway, but its been over a month now and I still haven’t received it. I heard that legally they have to give it to you within 5 working days. I would like to take them to court but I don’t have the time, money or the know how. By Tom Brown
